Your Role

We are seeking a proactive Lead Identity Security Engineer with a specialization in Identity and Access Management (IAM) to join our Digital Security team. As our IAM landscape evolves with new product offerings, your expertise will be essential in addressing the growing security needs of our global workforce and clientele.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and manage user attribute frameworks, ensuring alignment with business objectives, compliance requirements, and security protocols.
  • Oversee the user lifecycle management process, including the onboarding, offboarding, and modification of user accounts, ensuring adherence to security best practices.
  • Develop and implement advanced identity security measures to safeguard enterprise systems.
  • Provide technical and architectural insights to cross-functional teams regarding identity management.
  • Collaborate with various departments to enhance customer identity experiences that are both secure and user-friendly.
  • Lead moderately complex engineering projects within the IAM domain.
  • Stay informed on emerging trends and best practices in IAM.

As a Lead Identity Security Engineer, your effectiveness will be determined by your ability to:

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in developing and managing Identity Lifecycle and Access Control solutions using industry standards.
  • A minimum of 5 years in information security, particularly within a SaaS environment.
  • Technical proficiency with identity protocols such as OpenID Connect, SCIM, OAuth, and SAML.
  • Experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and their integration with IAM solutions.
  • Strong background in automation and development using scripting languages.
  • Experience with privilege management controls utilizing cloud identity services.
  • Excellent communication skills and a product-focused mindset.
  • Experience in an agile, high-growth environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Relevant security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH.
