Job Description:
Responsible for strategic program and project objectives. Manages a team that leads projects. Develops and coach's teams to be able to identify, manage, and escalate risk, and effectively manage risk within the teams you oversee. Demonstrates excellent Stakeholder management skills that includes communication, relationship management, conflict resolution, strategic thinking, problem-solving, negotiation, risk management, agile methodologies, stakeholder analysis, and influence.
Responsibilities

  • Manages projects from conception through implementation. Partners with project sponsor(s) and stakeholders to define and document project objectives, scopes, goals, deliverables, required resources, work structures, development budgets, and timelines. Establishes team roles and responsibilities and communicates expectations to team members. Develops, manages, and maintains overall project plans and schedules.
  • Assembles and manages teams. Partners with the business to obtain necessary project resources. Distributes work, motivates, coaches, enforces policies, and monitors project team's performance.
  • Resolves issues throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensures project changes are documented, assessed, and integrated.
  • Determines if external consultants or contractors will be required to complete projects. Manages external resources.

Minimum Qualifications
At a minimum, here's what we need from you:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, Finance, or Project Management.
  • 8+ years of experience in Project Management, Operations Management, People Leadership, or related field.
  • In lieu of a degree, 10+ years of experience in Project Management, Operations Management, People Leadership, or related field.
  • Project Management Professional Certification (PMP).

Compensation:
The base pay for this position generally ranges between $103,000.00 to $174, Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
