We are seeking a dedicated manager to spearhead our implementation initiatives with leading multi-billion dollar brands in the Cannabis industry. The ideal candidate will work closely with our professional services and product teams to ensure successful project execution, tool setup, and ongoing product support. This role is primarily based in our Chicago office, but we welcome remote applications from qualified individuals.

In this position, you will engage directly with our Brand & Retail clients to address their multi-state and multi-channel requirements. You will report to the Head of Professional Services and collaborate with team members to form an Implementation team, while also managing smaller projects independently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Effectively implement Hoodie's PIM to maximize user adoption and overall success
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects independently
  • Advise clients on best practices related to PIM systems, product data structuring, asset categorization, data mapping, and syndication
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our evolving software solutions while collaborating with colleagues to enhance shared knowledge
  • Ensure timely project delivery within scope and budget
  • Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders in Product, Development, Sales, and Customer Success
  • Motivate the team to proactively meet commitments
  • Develop knowledge in technical, retail, and manufacturing sectors
  • Collaborate with Customer Champions, Project Managers, Account Managers, and other teams to ensure clients achieve their established KPIs/Goals

Qualifications

  • Proficient in managing large data sets and Microsoft Excel
  • Committed to ensuring customer success
  • Enthusiastic about working in a customer-focused environment
  • Experienced in presenting and making recommendations to clients
  • Able to handle multiple customer-facing projects simultaneously
  • Capable of explaining new concepts clearly to diverse audiences
  • Driven to solve problems through various approaches to technical, organizational, customer, or personal challenges
  • Curious and eager to learn about new industries, quickly grasping and utilizing industry-specific terminology
  • Adaptable to changing circumstances
  • Familiarity with various enterprise PIM systems such as Syndico, GDS1, Salsify, or Catsy
  • Experience in configuring and utilizing PIM solutions, along with managing product information is advantageous

  • Compensation will be based on experience.
