We are currently searching for a talented Civil Engineering Project Manager to join our project delivery team in our Duluth, MN location

Your options as a civil engineer are endless at SEH. You'll engineer better communities -- complete streets, safer sidewalks, more sustainable utilities, and trails and parks. Others specialize in large-scale projects, like flood control facilities, dams, landfills, harbors/marinas, structural retaining walls and larger geotechnical projects. Regardless of the project, you'll have your hands in the mix through all phases of a project: planning, pre-design, design, contract documentation, bidding and construction. This Opportunity:
  • Be involved in multiple projects that vary between public and private clients but will frequently include public clients with outside funding (state or federal funding requirements).
  • Collaborate with variety of disciplines with SEH to solve challenges and provide solutions
  • Implement quality control measures and certify designs
  • Communicate with clients and other stakeholders while managing project budgets
  • Play a significant and impactful role in overall project delivery
  • Project types will likely vary between public and private clients but will frequently include public clients with outside funding (state or federal funding requirements).
Essential Qualifications:
  • Licensed PE in the state of MN (or ability to secure licensure shortly upon hire).
  • Experience playing significant role in delivering public projects of varying size and scope
  • Must reside in Duluth, MN or surrounding areas
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of overall Civil Engineering experience
  • 3+ years of project management experience with municipal clients.

Base compensation is expected to be in the range of $95,000 and $135,000 based on skill set and experience. Check out our full benefits package at, SEH Hiring Journey
