Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of various civil engineering projects, ensuring high standards of performance.
  • Collaborate closely with Project Managers to align with client expectations and requirements.
  • Conduct reviews and prepare initial reports and feasibility assessments.
  • Interpret and analyze civil engineering plans, specifications, and documentation.
  • Provide expert technical guidance on civil design, construction, and modifications to clients and team members.
  • Support business development initiatives through research and proposal preparation.
  • Coordinate construction administration and ensure compliance with documentation standards alongside field personnel.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.
  • Licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Minnesota.
  • A minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in civil engineering, particularly in municipal infrastructure.
  • Proficient in developing plans and specifications, along with experience in construction contract management.
  • Strong skills in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
  • Familiarity with MnDOT standards.
  • A valid driver's license is required due to potential travel to various job sites.
