The Role- Conduct and lead tech demos for companies and clients, covering product features and trainings.
- Manage RFP responses by coordinating teams, gathering info, and ensuring timely submissions. Collaborate with sales and tech teams to craft pitches, presentations, and propose product enhancements.
- Represent at trade shows and conferences to endorse products and services.
- Consult clients to gather and document requirements.
- Act as a CRM super user, overseeing system maintenance, analysis, and reporting.
- Offer extra support for urgent customer issues, working with the Applications Engineering team.
- Have a solid understanding of AXS products, targeted applications, and market trends.
- Perform other duties assigned by the manager.
- BA/BS Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 3+ years of Business Development experience.
- Knowledge of CRM systems like Salesforce, Hubspot.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to interpret tech data and address queries accurately.
- Strong interpersonal skills for internal and external customer interactions.
- Confidence in presenting tech solutions to clients.

- Experience with ticketing systems.
- Background in ticket sales and/or box office.
