Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic initiatives to modernize our WAN infrastructure and enhance customer connectivity, aligning network architecture with business objectives and industry best practices.Network Design and Implementation: Design, architect, and implement scalable and resilient WAN solutions that support our evolving business needs, leveraging the latest technologies and protocols.Cloud Integration: Lead efforts to integrate WAN connectivity with cloud platforms, ensuring seamless connectivity and optimal performance for cloud-based applications and services.Security Compliance: Implement robust security measures and protocols to safeguard our network infrastructure and customer data, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize WAN performance, identifying and addressing bottlenecks, latency issues, and other performance challenges to deliver an exceptional user experience.Vendor Management: Manage relationships with third-party vendors and service providers, evaluating and selecting vendors based on quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams, mentoring junior engineers and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
