Responsibilities Support the team with internal and external HR-related inquiries and requests.
Prepare pre-employment paperwork and initiate the new hire process for incoming team members.
Maintain employee training records and ensure team members receive refresher training when required.
Follow compliance and company regulations when working with sensitive and confidential information.
Complete essential administration tasks including answering emails, phone calls, and filing.
Qualifications High school diploma or GED required.
A minimum of two years of administrative experience is required; a Bachelor's Degree in HR or Business Administration and one year of HR experience or HR internship may be considered instead of the two years of admin experience.
Must be at least 21 years old and able to obtain an Arkansas Gaming License
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including intermediate Word, Excel, and PowerPoint levels.
Experience with Workday, iCIMS, or other HRIS and applicant tracking systems is strongly preferred.
Must be able to work on-site Monday - Friday, 9 am-5 pm.
