Implementation Validation Specialist

The Implementation Validation Specialist is responsible for reviewing the critical processes required for a successful implementation. This position provides world-class support to the rest of the implementation teams by aligning validation requirements with implementation processes, building confidence in those requirements through necessary communication, and providing best practices when necessary. This position also ensures quality implementations for our clients by completing the necessary quality checks within all SLAs based on timeline requirements.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Reviews and scores specific items on assigned service-related task to ensure consistency and accuracy for each client with Paycom
  • Validate implementation data to ensure it meets specified requirements to go live on first check date
  • Responsible for auditing employee data to ensure Paycom's service level standard is being met
  • Presents educational information to internal customers
  • Ensure proactive communication with implementation team
  • Execute data reviews, within SLA commitment, based upon implementation schedule and key milestones
  • Perform as an objective, neutral third party to identify payroll quality defects and service concerns; work with appropriate stakeholders to communicate findings
  • Monitors all communication channels including, but not limited to, e-mail and telephone notifications providing prompt responses
  • Seeks guidance from more experienced specialists on troubleshooting issues of moderate complexity
  • Keeps management informed of area activities and of any significant client problems
  • Provide a high level of customer service and timely response rates
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Education/Certification:

  • High school diploma or equivalency required

Experience:

  • Payroll or data entry experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education/Certification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics or related field

Experience:

  • Stable work history
  • Experience with analyzing and reporting data

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining organization and timely completion of projects.

  • Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office products specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
