Job Description

ServiceNow is looking for an Enterprise Architecture Area VP for the Americas to join our team. In this role, you will lead our Enterprise Architecture team within the pre-sales department, focusing on establishing trust and credibility with technical leaders in our key customers. Your expertise and leadership will be pivotal in showcasing the transformative power of ServiceNow's "AI Platform for Business Transformation" and delivering top-notch solutions to our customers.

This position requires a strong background in enterprise architecture, insight into industry trends, and the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders. Qualifications

  • Proven leadership experience in diverse team environments
  • Ability to drive change and simplify complex concepts for customers
  • 15+ years of influencing senior technology leaders in a sales or customer-focused role
  • Passion for building relationships and delivering results
  • Strong problem-solving skills and innovative thinking
  • Experience with Enterprise and Industry Architecture frameworks
  • Understanding of cloud-based platforms and various technical domains
  • Curiosity for emerging technologies and presenting architectural concepts
