Job Description:
As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing operational efficiency and troubleshooting existing processes. A significant aspect of your responsibilities will involve programming CNC machines using 2D drawings to facilitate production.

This role encompasses the design and optimization of manufacturing processes, ensuring that the objectives set by management are met effectively.

Manufacturing Engineers in this position are expected to engage frequently with Senior Engineers and Management to obtain necessary guidance and ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize MasterCAM for programming tasks.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in G and M code.
  • Experience in machining components on lathes or mills, whether manually or via CNC.
  • Implement troubleshooting strategies and process enhancements.
  • Develop new procedures based on corrective actions.
Job Type: This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 months.
Work Environment: This role requires full on-site presence, collaborating closely with machinists in a dynamic team setting.
