About the Position:
  • The Coordinator collaborates with Assistant Golf Professionals to enhance the golfing experience for members and guests, playing a key role in driving retail sales for the club while ensuring a seamless and enjoyable golf experience.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High school education or equivalent
  • Basic knowledge of general business and retail sales practices
  • Previous customer service experience required
RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:
  • Assist PGA TOUR players, members, and guests with golfing needs
  • Welcome guests professionally and courteously
  • Communicate clearly with members, guests, and staff
  • Provide assistance and information to guests
  • Operate the point of sale system accurately
  • Handle cash transactions and record payments
  • Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the golf shop
  • Keep merchandise displays at appropriate levels
  • Effectively communicate information using radio communications
  • Execute special projects or assigned duties
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING ENVIRONMENT:

This role is based in a professional office environment and involves standard office equipment use. The employee must be able to stand, walk, sit, kneel, handle objects, and communicate effectively. They may occasionally need to lift up to 25 pounds.

Compliance with safety and health regulations is essential for this role. While travel is not required, flexibility in shifts based on business levels is expected.
