In this role, you will facilitate the learning and growth of the First Tee chapter network. Your responsibilities will include organizing educational materials, monitoring course completion, and serving as the primary support contact for chapter inquiries regarding adult education. You will also coordinate logistics for instructors and assist in crafting engaging course content and resources to enhance chapter leadership.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • A bachelor's degree in education, instructional design, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience is required.
  • Experience in supporting educational or non-profit learning and development programs is preferred.
  • Familiarity with customer service roles, particularly in addressing inquiries and providing assistance.
  • Proficient in utilizing facilitation and engagement tools such as Miro, PowerPoint, and Mentimeter.
  • Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and other project management tools is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with chapter leaders and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational abilities to manage educational materials and track course completion efficiently.
  • Technical skills to support educational technology tools and offerings.
  • A collaborative approach to work effectively with internal teams.
  • Problem-solving capabilities to address challenges and inquiries effectively.
  • Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic environment and respond to evolving needs.
  • A passion for learning and development initiatives, particularly in adult education.
  • Attention to detail to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of course progress.
  • A customer-focused mindset to deliver exceptional support and service to chapter members.
RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES
  • Assist in the development and coordination of educational and training content for adults within the First Tee network.
  • Act as the primary customer service representative for chapter inquiries and tracking.
  • Support the facilitation of technology tools and provide chat assistance for educational offerings.
  • Promote course enrollment, progression, and completion using tools such as the LMS, badging, and recognition activities.
  • Collaborate with the instructional design team to understand the development and management of eLearning systems.
  • Contribute to departmental operations, including staffing, budget management, and internal communication to ensure success.
