About the Role

Addition Wealth is looking for a highly skilled CRM + Email Marketer to drive user engagement and own the sales lifecycle. Leveraging CRM and email marketing expertise, this individual will partner closely with teams across the organization to develop audiences, shape and optimize the user journey, and build long-lasting relationships with users.

The ideal candidate is a passionate email marketer, with experience managing CRM systems and email marketing within a fintech/startup/financial services organization. This individual should be technically-proficient, highly organized, collaborative, and have a positive attitude.

What we're looking for:

  • 7+ years CRM experience and email marketing experience, including campaign strategy/development, messaging, segmentation, lifecycle optimization, deliverability, and AB/multivariate testing
  • Ability to help plan the strategy and also execute against it
  • A customer-centric mindset with experience using customer insights (qual and quant) to inform business strategy and day-to-day decision-making
  • Collaboration with product and engineering teams to design and launch complex automated campaigns and ensure high-quality, error-free implementation, testing, and QA of CRM campaigns
  • Ability to create and manage CRM campaigns from end to end; strategy, requirement gathering, creative approach and optimizations, building, monitoring, reporting and analysis
  • Ability to setup processes and maintain the hygiene of the CRM
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, rapidly changing environment, with the ability to flex into responsibilities outside of role
  • Excellent written and verbal communicator, both with external partners and internally
  • Strong critical thinking aptitude, constant learning, self-motivation, and discipline
  • Team player with a "no problem too small" attitude
