Global Business Revenue Operations (GBRO) is responsible for all systems, tools, business processes, and operations for our direct and indirect business lines. About the Opportunity
This Experience Lead position is part of the newly formed Commercial Business team within the GBRO organization. You will be accountable for understanding the holistic sales journey for Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) - spanning territory and account planning, opportunity management, commercial negotiations, post-sale delivery, consumption management, and customer health. Engaging directly with our sellers, managers, and leaders, this role will act as the voice of our field to influence sales capability roadmaps. This position supports the optimization of our sales processes, developing continuous improvement programs across GBRO.

Responsibilities
About the role
- Leads cross-functional teams to identify areas for optimization across our core sales & partner pillars
- Leverages data to develop hypotheses and points of view to drive effective conversations and ultimately decision-making that impacts the business
- Leans into the business to seek understanding of current pain points and challenges through the seller and partner experience
- Develops the end-to-end journey mapping of a customer-facing OCI role and can effectively represent that persona in partnership with Role Excellence Leads
- Works closely with senior executives, demonstrating expertise and understanding of their priorities
- Collaborates with our sales & partner process owners to influence their roadmaps and design considerations to optimize for OCI
- Summarizes key issues and business insights to educate broader GBRO stakeholders on opportunities across the business
- Maintains a pulse on industry best practices and acts as a subject matter expert to support GTM and execution considerations

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only
US: Hiring Range: from $87,000 to $178,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
