Company is looking for a full time Assistant ControllerResponsibilities and Duties:
Factoring knowledge helpful
- Directly responsible for monthly journal entries and closing.
- Conduct Monthly bank, factor reconciliations and balance sheets.
- Year end closings
- Invoice approvals
- Commercial rent & sales tax
- Point person / Communication with outside auditors
- Review and maintain Commercial, Medical & Dental insurance annual renewals.
- Maintain perpetual files
- Prepare and process wire payments.
- Credit card approvals
- Helpful Peachtree software experience.
- Proficient with MS OFFICE (Microsoft, Word, Excel, Outlook)
Applicant must have 10+ Years Experience in Apparel Industry & Software
