The Associate Quality Engineer - Medical Device Industry, Cincinnati for Mammotome is responsible executing Quality Engineering function for Devicor Medical Products, Inc. and participates in planning, execution and implementation activities for Operations/Sustainment and Supplier Controls projects.

This position is part of the Quality Engineering team located in Cincinnati, Ohio and will be a On-Site position. At Mammotome, our passion is driving innovative technologies that create efficiencies, while never forgetting that at the heart of every breast cancer journey is a patient.

You will be a part of the Quality Assurance Engineering and report to the Senior Quality Manager responsible for the Quality Assurance Engineering Team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

· Facilitate our weekly QC/DC (Quality Control/Distribution Center) action item tracker

· Facilitate our weekly QC/DC (Quality Control/Distribution Center) DVM (Daily Visual Management) where we review process KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)

· Monitor Engineering/Production Holds for release of product. Assist with continuous improvements at the DC/SC

· Monitor and facilitate the disposition of product that may be nonconforming at the DC/SC (Distribution Center/Service Center) in Blue Ash

· Monitor product traceability in and out of QA Hold locations (ERP and physical inventory management)

The essential requirements of the job include:

· 0-2 years of experience with Quality Engineering, preferably in the food, drug, or medical device industry.

· 2-year BA/BS degree in a technical field (Engineering or Technical Sciences) and/or Professional certifications (i.e., CQE) preferred, (Exceptions may apply to individuals with years of relevant experience in Quality/Engineering)

· Must be able to use Microsoft applications such as Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Proficiency in using these applications is preferred.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

· Willingness to learn. We are looking for a productive team member that is not afraid to try new things.

· Team-first mentality. Working well with others is a must for this role.

· The ability to work autonomously, prioritize, and problem-solve.

The salary range for this role is: $60K to 75K (depending on experience and Degree/Certifications). This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay and we have an outstanding benefits package.
