What we're seeking

We are on the lookout for a creative Lifecycle Marketing Manager who is enthusiastic about shaping marketing strategies and crafting impactful user experiences. In this role, you will be tasked with engaging providers and clients throughout their journey, from onboarding to advocacy, by designing and executing multi-channel campaigns, evaluating performance, and optimizing outcomes. If you have a successful history in lifecycle marketing, thrive in a startup setting, and have a strong desire to enhance user experiences in the mental health sector, we would be thrilled to hear from you.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure providers and clients are engaged through personalized and relevant campaigns to drive valuable behaviors at all stages of their journey.
  • Create, implement, and manage campaigns using email, SMS, direct mail, and other channels to boost conversion, engagement, retention, and revenue.
  • Experiment, measure, analyze, report, and continually enhance campaign performance.
  • Develop segmentation tactics to tailor communications based on user interactions and data.
  • Regularly report on key lifecycle marketing metrics and campaign performance, spotting areas for enhancement and executing improvements for optimized results.
  • Collaborate internally on content strategy and creation, closely partnering with cross-functional teams to incorporate their initiatives into effective lifecycle campaigns.
  • Become a proficient user of systems, collaborating with technical teams on data integration to ensure precise and relevant campaign delivery utilizing our marketing technology tools.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in email and lifecycle marketing, preferably in a startup environment, with a solid track record of developing and executing effective multi-channel marketing plans.
  • Experience in managing a marketing automation platform or CRM (additional points for familiarity with Iterable, Braze, Sendgrid, or Twilio).
  • A balance of strategic thinking and hands-on operational capability, able to transition from high-level planning to detail-oriented execution seamlessly.
  • Proficiency in analytical methods (e.g., A/B testing, experiment design, performance attribution) with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Proficient in HTML and CSS (minimum 2-3 years of experience) and well-versed in email best practices.
  • Some exposure to Adobe design tools and Figma is advantageous.
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and driven to excel in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Passionate about mental health and our mission.
