QuickSTAT Air Logistics Healthcare Carrier Manager

- Manage the implementation of significant new business or projects within the QuickSTAT operational structure.
- Oversee and design (within North America) network enhancements with a goal to develop and implement growth strategies to improve quality of service, productivity and profitability.
- Manage and support directly or indirectly client requirements to develop ad-hoc or long-term logistical solutions.
- Assist as required with contracts, service level agreements, standard operating procedures and customer-oriented processes need specific to on-boarding new business awards.
- Evaluate key indicator performance and root cause analysis to support service performance and to drive solution improvements within the QuickSTAT network.
- Liaise extensively with commercial operations and business development teams and control tower management specific to strategic initiatives and sales development projects.
- Ensure budget requirements are met as applicable
- Report to Director of Carrier Management for North America
- Schedule: Monday - Friday 9am-5pm (Please note that this is a 24/7/365 facility and flexibility is required to work after hours, weekends and holidays)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience in Biopharma Courier Operations & Network Management experience
- 2+ years of experience in Clinical Trial Logistics
- GDP Training and Qualifications specific to transportation
IATA Dangerous Goods by Air certification.
