Are you ready to advance your career with a leading logistics company? At Kuehne + Nagel, we are seeking a dedicated Healthcare Operations Specialist to enhance our Air Logistics division.
The Healthcare Operations Specialist will oversee the coordination of client shipments, ensuring optimal buy rates and capacity with trusted carriers and partners.
- Manage transport activities by executing bookings with partners and performing necessary data entry for transport documentation.
- Generate essential documentation and collaborate with customer care specialists to meet specific requirements such as transit times, carrier selection, and routing.
- Track and trace shipments through alarm management and verification at critical milestones.
- Maintain effective communication with Kuehne + Nagel vendors, including service partners and airlines, to consistently meet customer needs.
- Work closely with Customer Relationship Managers (CRMs), Customer Service, and the Business Development team to ensure client satisfaction.
- Identify discrepancies, escalate issues to management, and keep clients informed in conjunction with Customer Service.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with all required training certifications.
The ideal candidate will possess an Associate's degree or equivalent experience, along with at least one year of experience in logistics or customer service within a call center environment. Proficiency in typing at least 30 words per minute is required.

The competitive salary range for this position is between $20 and $23, complemented by a robust total rewards package that includes health benefits, a 401k retirement savings plan, tuition reimbursement, and incentive compensation for eligible roles.
Individual compensation may vary based on experience, skills, job location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. Kuehne + Nagel regularly reviews pay ranges to ensure competitive and equitable compensation based on industry standards.
