The Healthcare Operational Care Specialist plays a crucial role in overseeing the coordination of client shipments. This includes securing competitive rates and capacity with reliable carriers and partners.
Key duties include:
- Managing bookings with our logistics partners.
- Performing necessary data entry for transport documentation.
- Generating essential documentation and collaborating with customer care specialists to meet specific requirements such as transit times and carrier selections.
Monitor and trace shipments through effective alarm management and verification at critical milestones.
Engage with Kuehne + Nagel vendors, including service partners and carriers, to ensure consistent satisfaction of client needs.
Work closely with Customer Relationship Managers, Customer Service, and the Business Development team to maximize client satisfaction.
Identify discrepancies and escalate issues to management while keeping clients informed in conjunction with Customer Service.
Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all required training certifications.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- An Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in logistics or customer service.
- Typing skills of 30+ words per minute.
