Job Overview:
The Senior Reporting Analyst in Advisory Operations supports the business by coordinating metrics development, staffing and capacity plans, performance management creation, and solving highly complex measuring issues with internal partners, developing business and technical solutions, and collaborating in cross-functional teams. This role is a metrics and capacity measuring expert in all areas of workflow and measurement analysis.
Responsibilities:
- Communicating measurement analysis in writing and verbally to management and internal/external business partners, including Senior level leadership.
- Communicating with management and staff regarding missing/lacking measurement criteria, historical data requests, incorrect data, production updates, the effects of operational changes and issues, and system functionality and ensure correct data is being collected, analyzed.
- Coordinating and participating in Performance and Data Recon departments through capacity planning measurement both written and verbal.
- Identifying capacity plans, headcount analysis, performance measures that will used to make strategic management decisions.

Requirements:
- Proven track record of delivering staffing models including model creation
- Understanding of complex data analysis measurements
- Familiarity with user acceptance testing (UAT) and success measurements
- Basic understanding of time- and money- weighted performance calculation
- Hyperion and other headcount tracking Knowledge
- Experience in workforce management
Core Competencies:
- Strong attention to detail and process orientation with a proactive approach to solving and preventing problems
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively to various levels throughout the organization including senior leadership
- Superior financial budget, and operational process planning and predictability
- Experience in creating and facilitating presentations, PowerPoint development/ telling an effective story through data measurement and display.
Preferences:
- FINRA SIE/Series 99 preferred
- Hyperion Essbase /Basic Bloomberg knowledge preferred
- Knowledge of Agile project management
- Proficient in Microsoft suite (WORD, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
- Understanding of root cause analysis
- JIRA Issue & project tracking

/hourActual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
