About the Role
We are seeking a self-driven expert in CPG promotion management who excels at structuring promotions, ensuring accuracy, and optimizing workflows. In this role, your main responsibility will be to accurately input and update promotions in Vividly, meeting all service level agreements. With a focus on automation, you will explore innovative tools to streamline and automate promotion processes, leveraging AI technologies and more to enhance efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Manage Vividly Clients' trade promotion calendars and price lists.
- Collaborate with Sales to gather customer contracts.
- Ensure accurate and timely updates to promotion details.
- Validate essential master data for promotion creation.
- Recommend and enforce trade promotion policies.
- Respond to promotion inquiries and changes.
- Review deduction management work to align with promotions.
- Provide support to Sales and Finance teams as required.
Requirements:
- Preferably a Bachelor's degree.
- 2-4 years of Trade Marketing experience in CPG.
- Familiarity with retailer portals like Kroger, Albertsons, and Target.
- Proficiency in Excel and tech-savvy with data tools and AI platforms.
- Highly organized and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
