Role & Responsibilities:
  • Scans all funding requests flowing through the bureau.
  • Serves as backup in the managing and monitoring of the Certification of Funds log which houses information regarding all actions arriving and leaving the bureau.
  • Addresses, stamps, and mails interoffice mail for staff.
  • Assists in monitoring the status of funding packages in the office for longer than 10 business days and refers problems to supervisor for resolution.
  • Performs varied clerical tasks involved in keeping accounts of a simple, routine, and repetitive nature.
  • May assist in locating and compiling data needed for reports for upper management.
  • Will be required to learn to utilize various types of electronic and/or manual recording and information technology systems used by Agreement Accounting, or related units, such as scanning documents and uploading into SharePoint and the Department's internal Client Applications.Scans all funding requests flowing through the bureau.
