Description

Devsinc is seeking a highly skilled Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (AIML) Engineer to join our team. As an AIML Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing AI and ML solutions to solve complex business problems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy AI-powered applications and algorithms.

Strategic Leadership:

Develop and articulate the overall AI/ML strategy for the organization.

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and align AI/ML initiatives accordingly.

Team Management:

Lead and mentor a team of AI/ML engineers, data scientists, and other technical professionals.

Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture, ensuring effective communication and knowledge sharing.

Project Oversight:

Oversee end-to-end AI/ML projects, from conception to deployment.

Ensure the timely and successful delivery of high-quality solutions, meeting both technical and business requirements.

Technical Expertise:

Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies and methodologies.

Provide hands-on technical expertise, guiding the team in the design and implementation of robust and scalable AI/ML systems.

Code Review and Quality Assurance:

Conduct thorough code reviews to maintain code quality and adherence to best practices.

Implement and enforce quality assurance processes to guarantee the reliability and accuracy of AI/ML models.

Collaboration and Communication:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, data engineering, and business stakeholders.

Clearly communicate technical concepts and project updates to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Problem Solving:

Lead the resolution of complex technical challenges, utilizing a problem-solving mindset and leveraging expertise in AI/ML algorithms.

Documentation:

Ensure comprehensive documentation of AI/ML models, algorithms, and systems for knowledge transfer and future reference.



Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as an AIML Engineer or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of AI and ML concepts, algorithms, and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
  • Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model validation techniques.
  • Proficiency in programming languages like Python or R.
  • Experience with distributed computing and big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop) is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
