Location: HQ - Eden Prairie, Minnesota, USA (Hybrid role, 3-days a week in office)

About the Role

The Deal Registration Administrator will be vital as we scale our channel team and will play a cross functional role between our Channel team, Sales Representatives, Channel Partners, Business Operations and Sales Operations. We are looking for someone who is ready to dig in and help to maintain smooth communication between these vital teams, as well as help to maintain accurate data within our Salesforce database as we scale for rapid growth.

Responsibilities

  • Review and process deal registrations submitted by our Channel Partners. Proactively identify and address any deal registration issues within the bounds of knowledge and skill.
  • Serve as data steward for accurate Partner, Prospect, and Customer account creation and data cleansing within Salesforce by following account creation process. Investigate and resolve data issues by utilizing departmental documentation, tools and/or team resources.
  • Build positive relationships and provide internal support to the channel and sales organization through proactive communication and resolution of issues and questions related to deal registrations, account creation, and other related requests that are submitted to the Partner Operations team.
  • Independently respond to Customer and Partner inquiries related to deal registrations, opportunities and other Partner-related questions or requests.
  • Identify suggestions for system and process enhancements and provides recommendations for change.
  • Diligently and thoroughly implement process changes relating to the review of deal registrations.
  • Contribute to the development and roll-out of improved methods and tools that could benefit the Partner Operations team.
  • Work with Business Operations and Channel to ensure Salesforce system enhancements are coordinated between internal stakeholders.
  • Provide backup assistance to affiliated teams as needed.
  • Manage special projects as needed.

Who You Are

  • Excellent communication skills: verbal, written
  • Innovative, motivated, organized, high energy team player
  • Ability to work in a fast-changing environment, while maintaining work quality and attention to detail
  • SFDC, Microsoft CRM or equivalent Customer Relationship Management tool

Minimum Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in sales/channel operations or similar function.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience working with Channel Partners is preferred.
