We're looking for a passionate and skilled Content Marketing Specialist to craft compelling stories that capture imaginations, solve client problems, and champion innovative technology in the fight against financial crime.

Role Overview:

As a Content Marketing Specialist at Feedzai, you will be instrumental in developing and executing our content strategy, but your core focus will be on the creation of high-quality content.

You will:

  • Produce a Wide Range of Content: Dive into writing detailed ebooks, insightful industry reports, engaging blog posts, video scrips, and compelling social media copy that resonates with our diverse audience.
  • Lead with Creativity and Precision: Your day-to-day will involve translating complex concepts into accessible and interesting content that aligns with our brand voice and strategy.
  • Optimize with Data: Use insights from Google Analytics, SEMrush, and other tools to refine content strategies and ensure alignment with business goals and audience engagement.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with our marketing, design, and product teams to bring cohesive and effective campaigns to life.

Who You Are:

  • Experienced with US and/or Canadian banks and financial institutions, understanding this audience's unique needs and challenges.
  • Experience in fraud and financial crime solutions at banks is preferred.
  • A skilled writer who is passionate about crafting stories that not only inform but also engage and persuade.
  • Experienced in content creation across multiple platforms, capable of managing the entire content lifecycle from brainstorming to publishing.
  • Proficient in English, with Spanish being a nice-to-have skill.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and capable of juggling multiple projects simultaneously.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in content creation and marketing, with a strong portfolio of varied written content.
  • At least one year of experience working with banks and financial institutions in the US and/or Canada.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills in English and Spanish.
  • Familiarity with SEO tools like SEMrush, and content management systems like HubSpot.
  • Ability to analyze content performance and make data-driven decisions.
