comprehensive training documentation (ie SOPs), utilizing experience gained
from the trainers and/or staff. - Plan, direct, and coordinate training schedules by
the required effective dates. - Work with QA to assure
training records / training matrix(s) are updated. - Lead and Inspire individuals to develop a highly
motivated & committed team. - Contribute and develop long-term planning,
including initiatives geared towards operational excellence. - Periodic internal audit of documented process
vs how established staff are actually performing the function using appropriate tools and techniques - Track performance,
specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals - Reports to Global Quality Assurance Vice President
- Schedule: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in Training Management
- 1+ years Operational experience with Quicktrac
- 3+ years of experience with Computer Based Training modules
- 1+ years Project Management
