The Cyber Service Delivery Manager is responsible for overseeing the acquisition, integration, support, maintenance, and configuration modifications of all software, hardware, systems, and network setups for mission-critical systems within the USAF Air Combat Command. This role ensures adherence to Department of Defense (DoD) and Air Force (AF) cyber directives. The manager will also guarantee compliance with accreditation and authorization requirements as well as cybersecurity standards aligned with ICD 503 and DoDI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all design, integration, configuration changes, and installations of hardware and software meet established DoD/AF cyber directives and accreditation terms.
- Develop Security Concepts of Operations (CONOPS) that outline compliance with necessary security controls and create comprehensive Security Plans.
- Execute security control implementations and submit artifacts in Xacta to secure Authority to Operate (ATO), Authority to Connect (ATC), and Certificate to Field (CTF) for mission systems.
- Conduct system vulnerability scans and recommend appropriate remediation actions.
- Provide testing and evaluation support for emerging technologies, preparing detailed reports with actionable recommendations.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- A minimum of 9 years of experience in cybersecurity management or related fields.
- Ability to analyze and interpret cybersecurity requirements, translating them into effective operational security measures.
- TS/SCI Security Clearance is required.
- Certification requirements must be met in accordance with DoD M Information Assurance Technical (IAT) II.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, Security+, or equivalent.
- Experience in conducting vulnerability assessments and monitoring networks to support testing and operational requirements.
- Familiarity with using Xacta for managing the NIST Risk Management Framework (RMF) process.
- Proven experience in team management, including staff supervision, performance management, and resource allocation.
- Strong understanding of data transport, encryption, networking, IT systems, and cybersecurity fundamentals.

Target Salary Range:
$135,000 - $216,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
