With a proven track record in program, project, and technical management for Operations & Maintenance (O&M) and solution deployment within the Intelligence Community (IC) and Department of Defense (DoD), you will be expected to exemplify servant leadership principles, motivating teams to successfully execute critical programs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee comprehensive program management, focusing on risk mitigation, contract expansion, and the development of robust, trust-based relationships with clients and team members.
- As a visible leader, guide both the team and clients towards effective solutions that address challenges and yield significant results for warfighters.

Essential Duties:
- Effectively manage large-scale technical programs, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and compliance with contractual obligations while maintaining quality control across all relevant requirements.
- Direct daily program operations, establish long-term strategic goals, and guarantee contract compliance.
- Engage in horizontal integration planning and collaborate with various functional areas to implement timely solutions.

This includes, but is not limited to: Estimate at Completion (EAC), forecasting, billing, and scheduling.

- Supervise geographically dispersed prime and subcontract personnel throughout the entire software project lifecycle, including SAFe agile methodologies, system development, integration, deployment, maintenance, and 24/7 operational support.

- Cultivate strong servant leadership relationships with clients, staff, and cross-functional teams to create a collaborative and effective working environment.

- Ensure the successful completion of product development and production projects, meeting customer expectations, technical performance standards, and deliverable milestones within the established schedule and budget.

- Formulate strategies to anticipate and manage program risks while identifying opportunities for growth.
- Participate in and/or lead competitive bidding and proposal efforts.
- Clearly articulate concepts and ideas.

Required Skills:

- Strong leadership, management, and interpersonal communication skills necessary to inspire, lead, direct, and manage a team in support of a diverse group of government clients.

- Proficiency in Agile Program Management, including resource estimation using point-based systems, tracking progress with team velocity and burn-down charts, and adjusting plans based on team velocity and evolving priorities.

- Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving abilities for complex customer issues and environments.
- Effective in contract, finance, schedule, personnel, and risk management.
- Capability to identify scope creep and issue engineering change requests to avert cost overruns and schedule delays.
- Skilled in building effective and trusting relationships with customers, management, teammates, peers, and subordinates.
- Flexible, organized, and able to grasp the big picture while focusing on mission-critical details.
- Willingness to work onsite in a secure environment and travel locally as required.

Experience Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree with 10 years of experience (or Master’s degree with five years of experience) in program management for government information technology, schedule/cost management, and team leadership.

- Demonstrated success in delivering functional capabilities to the government’s satisfaction utilizing agile management principles.
- Experience managing as a prime contractor for government clients.
- Leading or authoring core volumes for competitive bids and proposals.
- Active TS/SCI clearance and U.S. citizenship.

Desired Attributes:
- Proven track record, passion, and empathy for operational success within the IC/DoD missions.

- In-depth knowledge of ISR, TCPED, and GEOINT lifecycles is advantageous.

- Familiarity with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Generally Accepted Principles (GAP), Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), Earned Value Management System (EVMS), and Scaled Agile for the Enterprise (SAFe).

- Experience in managing or implementing the building, deployment, and maintenance of modern software and hardware systems architectures for national security clients.

- Understanding of foundational principles of Engineering, DevSecOps, Cloud, on-premises operations, ICD 503 A&A, Analytic tradecraft, GIS, and Data Integration.
- Proven success in leading and authoring core volumes for competitive contract bids and proposals exceeding $50 million.

Compensation:
