Job Description:
Qualifications:Responsible for assigned aspects of development and implementation of assigned projects and provides single point of contact for those aspects.
Interfaces with all areas affected by project including end users, computer services, and client services.Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables.
Manages integration of vendor tasks and tracks and reviews vendor deliverables.
Recommends action to direct analysis and solutions of problems.
Specific Responsibilities:
Provides administrative support for all Program Management areas, including status reporting, meetings, and service delivery activities.
Supports development of briefings, reports, and updates.
Assists in creation and submission of project reports and deliverables and tracking of project activities.
Supports maintenance and management of project communications.
Assists in local coordination, scheduling, and internal attendance of Video Teleconferences when associated with project tasks.
