Pacific Landscape Services Inc is a commercial landscape installation and maintenance company.

We are looking for an individual with project administration experience to process construction documents and generate estimates and change orders based on information provided by field personnel.

Both entry level and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.

Required Qualifications:

  • Organized, efficient, and detail oriented
  • Competent with excel, word, and outlook
  • Highly motivated self-starter with strong organizational skills
  • Able to communicate clearly and effectively via phone and email

Preferred Qualifications Include:

  • Familiar with Procore, Building Connected, Plan View, and Canvas
  • Capable of multi-tasking and processing paperwork for multiple projects
  • Able to process submittal and closeout documents with competing deadlines
  • Able to read and comprehend landscape and irrigation plans and specifications
  • 1-5 years' landscape/irrigation maintenance and/or construction experience
  • 1-5 years' experience bidding public and private construction project using PlanSwift
  • Valid driver's license, good driving history - dependable transportation

Roles & Responsibilities:
Create and send maintenance estimates to customers

Log estimate approvals and print work packets based on standard company procedures

Create project specification binders for use by construction personnel

Obtain Certificates of Insurance and bond documents as needed

Identify and comply with project specific submittal requirements, including creating Site Specific Safety Plans, material submittals, RFIs, and substitution requests

Review updated project documents for potential change order impacts

Process closeout documents including warranties, O&M manuals, as-builts, and others

Communicate with field and office staff to ensure approved work is performed and invoiced

Compensation will depend upon experience and qualifications.

Entry level $45-60k Highly qualified $65+ based on experience
