Allies in Change is a non-profit adult psychological services center and social activist organization. We offer group counseling for men and women specializing in abuse intervention and anger management.

We also offer individual and couples counseling for men, women and other identified for a variety of issues including:

managing emotions such as anger, depression, stress, and anxiety; building greater intimacy and connection in relationships with others including romantic partners, family members, and friends; coping with significant changes and transitions in life related to relationships, work, family, health, and other issues; and identifying and addressing behaviors that can undermine one's happiness, such as addictions.


Employment Status:
Part time, W-2 Status

Days & Hours:
Days and hours vary based on groups and appointments. Paid attendances for staff meetings.

Locations:
Beaverton (Cedar Hills) & NE Portland

Reports to:
Clinical Director

Compensation:
$40.00 per hour.

To be considered for this position, candidates must have the following skills and experience:
A minimum of a bachelor's degree in a clinical field. Commitment to social activism and the agency mission. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Must be able to handle stressful situations and/or clients. High comfort level working in a diverse environment. A demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace.
