The Production Operator II is responsible for the operation of production equipment that drives significant impact to the organization.

This position is part of the Production Operations department and will be onsite located in Putnam, CT We envision a future where our innovation connects, empowers and emboldens humanity to be its best.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Operate production equipment to manufacture product per standard work
  • Follow a weekly schedule and communicate potential production issues to manager in a timely manner.
  • Complete all documentation and follow all GDP guidelines related to manufacturing processes in a timely manner.
  • Follow all practices and procedures regarding safety and quality compliance including OSHA, cGMP, ISO 9001 & ISO 14000 requirements.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • High school diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED) with 2-3 years manufacturing experience
  • Push, pull and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Bend during shift

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Experience in an ISO or cGMP environment preferred
  • Familiar working independently on 2nd shift

The hourly range for this role is $20-23 per hour. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
