1. Adhere to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) at each assigned station within the assembly area.
2. Conduct quality inspections on each item produced to ensure compliance with established aesthetic standards.
3. Maintain a steady supply of necessary components at the workstation for the assigned tasks.
4. Acquire proficiency in various roles within the assembly area.
5. Exhibit flexibility to transition between different assembly areas or manufacturing sites based on production demands.
6. Ensure cleanliness and organization of the workspace in accordance with housekeeping standards.
7. Work independently while managing multiple responsibilities.
8. Perform additional tasks as required.

Qualifications:

Essential:
- Moderate proficiency in English
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Capability to read and comprehend SOPs in English

Desirable:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
- High level of manual dexterity

Working Conditions:
The position is based in a climate-controlled manufacturing facility. Employees will work in proximity to moving mechanical parts.

Physical Requirements:
Candidates must be able to:
- Identify and differentiate colors
- Stand for prolonged periods
- Lift and carry up to 35 lbs.
- Reach in various directions and kneel or stoop repeatedly
- Frequently use drill drivers as part of the assembly process.
A drug screening is mandatory prior to employment, and a physical examination may also be required as part of the hiring process.
