Provides leadership, advice, guidance, planning, prioritization, development, management, training, and coordination to watch floor personnel.

Monitors Defense Information Systems Network health to create a timely and efficient resolution of network issues, and provides timely, accurate and relevant information/updates to impacted leadership, customers and the DISA Joint Operations Center.

As shift supervisor, oversees a team of IT experts by executing supervisory, managerial and administrative duties (i.e. providing guidance, direction and tasking authority) to subordinate employees to accomplish the DISA Global Field Command mission.
