- Process payables including invoice reconciliation, company credit cards, monthly accruals, and timely submission of payments.
- Verify sales tax, log use tax, resolve credits, and discounts.
- Data entry and report preparation.
- Record equipment serial numbers into job sites.
- Process and record deposits.
- Assist Fleet Manager with vehicle & mileage tracking, registration, and insurance.
- Back up to the Accounting Manager/Bookkeeper.
- General office and other accounting duties as assigned including mail distribution & monitoring.
- High personal integrity and desire to serve others.
- A degree or certificate from a two-year college/university, and/or, 2 years of work experience in business, accounting, or related field.
- Experienced with Excel spreadsheets.
- High degree of attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Suite required.
- QuickBooks Professional preferred.
