POSITION SUMMARY:

Develop, enhance, and manage compliance programs for NCR Voyix that are designed to drive compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, industry best practices, and all other rules and standards applicable to NCR Voyix's evolving businesses.

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

  • Enhance, manage, and coordinate the company's Compliance Management System (CMS).
  • Enhance, manage, and coordinate the company's Anti-Corruption / Anti-Bribery (ABAC) and Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) program.
  • Provide effective oversight and clear and actionable guidance on a wide range of compliance matters for stakeholders across the company's business units.
  • Develop, test, enhance, and govern policies, procedures and controls.
  • Manage internal and external audits, regulatory inquiries, and compliance assessments.
  • Design training programs to educate cross-functional teams about the company's compliance responsibilities.
  • Regularly report compliance risks, metrics and significant changes to compliance landscape to leadership team, internal audit, and enterprise risk management.
  • Assist Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer with investigations and international compliance programs.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS & EXPERIENCE:

  • 10-15 years of experience as a compliance professional.
  • Experience assessing, developing, and managing compliance programs.
  • Demonstrated ability in analyzing compliance risks and designing, testing and evolving appropriate controls.
  • Strong writing skills and the ability to communicate complex issues clearly and concisely to an audience without subject matter expertise.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work across a dynamic and global organization.
  • Software and/or financial services industry experience is beneficial.
  • At least 5 years' management experience is required.
