As the Senior Director of Partnership Development, you will be leading a dynamic team focused on generating new business revenue with local, national, and global brands. Your primary responsibility will be implementing the full partnerships sales cycle process to deliver innovative and integrated sponsorship packages for the Inter Miami CF assets.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading, motivating, and coordinating the Partnership Development team to drive new business revenue through partnerships.
  • Collaborating with the Business Intelligence/Strategy team to identify new market categories and wider partnerships sales strategies.
  • Executing the full partnership sales cycle process, including prospecting, CRM management, and internal processes.
  • Securing new corporate sponsorships for all Inter Miami CF properties.
  • Developing strong relationships with local, national, and global companies to understand their marketing goals.
  • Creating unique proposals and sales presentations for potential business prospects.
  • Negotiating sponsor contracts in alignment with the partnership strategy.
  • Collaborating with other team members to achieve departmental goals.
  • Utilizing sales tracking platforms to ensure accurate information on asset availability.
  • Reporting on commercial efforts weekly to the leadership team.
  • Supporting existing partners and engaging with new prospects during game days and special events.
  • Upholding a culture of accountability, responsibility, transparency, and fun within the department.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 8+ years of integrated sales experience in media, sport sponsorship, or entertainment.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within the team.
  • Passion for sports, especially futbol, is preferred.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is an advantage.
  • Strong PC skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
