  • Monitor and manage the financial performance of the carbon insurance portfolio, aligning efforts with Arbol's strategic business objectives.

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Environmental Science, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the insurance industry, with extensive knowledge of environmental or carbon market products.
  • Proven expertise in developing parametric insurance products and understanding of nature-based solutions and their market dynamics.
  • Strong leadership skills, capable of driving team success and fostering innovation.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in managing complex projects.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
