Position Brand Description:

The position is responsible for working with the Contract Manufacturer(s) (CM) to support safety, quality, supply, and continuous process improvement of reusable devices, reusable packaging, sub-assemblies, and components that are supplied to Lilly packaging and manufacturing sites.

Key Objectives / Deliverables:

Facilitate the Joint Process Team between Lilly and the Contract Manufacturer(s)Monitor and communicate monthly JPT (Joint Process Team) metricsSupport Daily Huddles with focus on KPIs with JPT MembersFoster and Support Strong Safety and Quality Cultures at the CMsProvide day to day oversight of activities and resolution of issues taking place between the CMs and Lilly sitesLead the resolution of manufacturing related issues including deviations and evaluation of manufacturing data and supply chain needsPerform TrackWise activities such as Lead investigator and Change OwnerProvide operations project management input and oversight for capital projects at CMsWork with engineering, product stewards and others in the development/leading of process/product improvements. This may include project planning activities, development of protocols, coordination of internal and external lab-based testing, documentation of the data and completion of technical reportsTrack timely completion of documentation and process updates resulting from local and global procedural changes, audits, complaint investigations, documentation reviews, product reviews, process reviews and equipment reviewsDevelop effective and productive working relationships with colleagues at CM sites and at wet (Lilly internal) sitesLead cross-functional/cross-site/cross-company project teams as neededProvide backup, as appropriate, for the Associate Director – CMO OperationsBasic Qualifications/Requirements:Bachelor's Degree required. Prefer degree in STEM field.
