Job Overview

As a Manufacturing Operator, you will play a crucial role in the production process, specifically in the conversion of sealant and coating products from bulk containers into various sizes of bottles and other packaging formats. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Utilizing machinery to pump materials through a customized system based on specific client requirements, bottling the product, and subsequently labeling and packaging the completed items for distribution.
  • Ensuring the accuracy of order sheets in relation to the machine's output, managing precise labeling and packaging, and maintaining meticulous counts of the finished products.
  • Additional tasks may involve incorporating supplementary components into the packaging process. The workload can vary significantly, with daily production ranging from 200 to 2,400 bottles, depending on the type of material and bottle size.

Work Environment

This position is conducted entirely on-site. The work environment is well-maintained, climate-controlled, and organized, with each operator assigned a specific workstation. Personal radios are permitted at a low volume at your station. The workplace fosters an inclusive community, featuring weekly safety training sessions and recognition for milestones such as anniversaries and birthdays, as well as participation in community service initiatives.

Adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations is mandatory, with a strong emphasis on understanding hazard code labels, particularly since some materials may be flammable.
