  • Process Enhancement: Propose and execute strategies aimed at refining production techniques, equipment efficiency, and product quality.
  • Capital Investment Justification: Create justifications for capital expenditures related to machinery upgrades and process innovations to boost quality, reduce expenses, and enhance cycle times.
  • Efficiency Improvements: Recommend modifications in work conditions and equipment utilization to optimize departmental efficiency.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Engage with various departments to consistently meet customer delivery timelines.
  • Safety Advocacy: Work with plant leadership to promote a top-tier safety culture, ensuring compliance with safety standards, guidelines, and regulations.
  • Inventory Oversight: Collaborate with raw material planners to maintain inventory levels that correspond with production schedules, addressing supplier quality concerns to avert customer shortages.
  • Quality Assurance Collaboration: Partner with the Quality Department to identify and resolve issues related to Non-Conforming Finished Goods and Non-Conforming Raw Materials.
