The People Operations Generalist role is essential in overseeing the entire employee lifecycle, promoting positive employee relations, and ensuring efficient people operations within our dynamic environment. We are seeking a proactive and hands-on professional to contribute to the growth and success of our company with a solid background in People Ops practices and employee relations.

Responsibilities

  • Employee Relations:
  • Act as the main point of contact for HR inquiries and support employees with policies and procedures.
  • Promote a harmonious work environment by resolving conflicts and mediating issues effectively.
  • Conduct in-depth investigations into employee concerns, ensuring fair resolutions.
  • Employee Lifecycle Management:
  • Manage the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, providing a seamless experience.
  • Lead performance management processes, including reviews and development plans.
  • Handle employee departures, including exit interviews and offboarding procedures.
  • People Operations:
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations at all levels.
  • Collaborate with People Ops teams on projects to enhance employee experiences.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 4-5 years of experience in HR/People Operations, preferably in a scaling company.
  • Deep understanding of HR principles, practices, and laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering relationships across the organization.
  • Proven track record of handling confidential information and complex employee relations.
  • Proficiency in HRIS, Performance Management, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) is a plus.
