What you can expect

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Partner Program Manager for Products and Technology to join our team. This role is responsible for owning channel partner programs focused on specific products in Zoom's portfolio or programs targeted at technical personnel within the partner. This includes product programs, partner SE (Sales Engineering) programs, internal use programs, and programs to accelerate technical resources within channel partners. This role will collaborate closely with program teams, internal channel SEs, and partner sales engineering groups. Together you will strategize, design, operationalize, and execute technical programs that drive success for our partners and contribute to overall company growth. The ideal candidate has depth of expertise in developing, deploying and managing comprehensive partner programs with measurable outcomes.

What we're looking for

  • Experience with channel partner models, partner program management, and partner development in SaaS industry, preferably in UCaaS/CCaaS.
  • Experience of working in channel programs across multiple geographies
  • Experience gathering, integrating, and delivering outcomes based upon stakeholder feedback.
  • Experience in channel development in a high-growth, enterprise SaaS/Cloud business
  • Able to effectively document and communicate program structure and value exchange.
  • Experience with road-mapping, establishing best practices, standardized frameworks, and tools, and designing repeatable processes
  • Demonstrate collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively document and communicate program structure and value exchange
  • Experience driving change and implementing best practices in program management
  • Experience with road-mapping, establishing best practices, standardized frameworks, and tools, and designing repeatable processes

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

Minimum:

$93,900.00

Maximum:

$217,000.00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
