The opportunity:

At Flexport, we are seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst to drive our strategic expansion efforts. As a key member of the team, you will collaborate with the Senior HRIS Manager to provide exceptional support in implementing new modules, releases, and rollouts. If you are a Workday expert with a passion for innovation and customer-centricity, you will thrive in this environment. You will:
  • Offer expertise in optimizing and streamlining the HRIS system, particularly Workday
  • Support complex Workday projects including configuration and implementation in areas such as Security, Business Process Management, and Analytics and Dashboards
  • Collaborate with business teams to assess technology requirements for third-party solutions
  • Analyze issues, identify failures, and provide solutions related to existing and future Workday interfaces
  • Create and automate workflows across different modules and systems
  • Provide ongoing recommendations to simplify and enhance Workday business processes
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to solve complex business problems across various functional areas
  • Lead semi-annual Workday product update release processes, including testing and planning
You should have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Extensive experience with Workday HRIS implementation on a global scale
  • Minimum 3 years of configuration experience in Core HCM and other areas within the Workday Product Suite
  • Proficiency in Custom Reporting, Business Process Configuration, and Security within Workday
  • Familiarity with JIRA Sprint Planning methodology
  • Strong analytical and technical skills to drive projects and deliver effective solutions
  • In-depth knowledge of Workday data structures and the ability to create complex calculated fields
  • Experience in designing workflows covering the full employment lifecycle
  • Hands-on experience with Workday integration tools such as EIBs and reports
