As a Calibration Technician on our TCAL Team you will perform calibrations on new production instruments, recalibrate customer instruments, and maintain the calibrations on all measurement and test equipment (M&TE) through internal or external calibration services. You will follow and support the ISO 17025 Quality Standard.

Responsibilities:

· As a Calibration Technician, your mission includes:

· Performing measurement analyses, troubleshooting, and maintenance on equipment or components.

· Ensure factory standards have up to date calibration data.

· Collecting crucial data, recording information, and generating calibration certificate reports.

· Effectively communicating issues, delays, and data trends with supervisors and peers.

· Sustaining our primary and secondary calibration standards, following our published preventive maintenance schedules.

· Actively contributing to our regular FBS routines, including Daily Scheduling, Visual Management participation, Kaizen participation, and insightful problem solving.

Qualifications:

· At least 2 years of work experience in a calibration lab or familiarity with pressure or electrical systems.

· High school diploma or equivalent.

· Solid understanding of Temperature and Electrical technology and terminology.

· Robust computer skills with proficiency in MS Office programs.

· Confidence in using intermediate math to solve problems and analyze data.

· Capable interpretive skills for technical documents and standard work instructions.

· Experience using various hand tools.

· Ideally, you also have (preferred but not required):

· Experience with ISO 17025.

· Experience working in a lean manufacturing environment.

· EPA certification.

This is a safety sensitive position. We conduct preemployment drug tests after a conditional offer letter is extended, including testing for THC.

Everett, WA: The hourly range for this position is $ $46.88

This position is also eligible for bonus as part of the total compensation package.

Base pay offered may vary depending on various factors, including, but not limited to: job-related knowledge; skills; experience; and other eligibility factors such as geographic location.
