KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Deliver exceptional professionalism, communication, and integrity to all customers
• Diagnose, repair, and calibrate a diverse range of HVAC/R equipment

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Universal EPA certification
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to read schematics and work plans proficiently
• Strong knowledge of advanced principles of refrigeration, air conditioning, and heating
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Basic computer skills for documentation and communication via mobile devices
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial HVAC systems
• Must possess or be able to acquire necessary tools such as vacuum pumps, recovery machines, torches, scales, and gauges

COMPENSATION:
Helios Commercial Service Partners determines compensation based on labor costs across various US markets. The hourly pay for this position ranges from $25 to $39, influenced by factors such as market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
