Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled electronics technician with a strong technical background to join our team at Insight Global.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform calibrations with primary standards and measurement and test equipment (M&TE) per prescribed work instructions.
  • Prepare required documentation and maintain associated records.
  • Convey data and trends on product calibrations to appropriate personnel or departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Evaluate and escalate unusual product issues to the appropriate department.
  • Maintain all standards and M&TE.
  • Analyze, troubleshoot, repair, resolve technical problems, and perform maintenance services on measurement equipment or components returned to the service center by customers.

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree in Science with a focus in Electrical Engineering or Electronics Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
  • Troubleshooting experience from school or hands-on work.
  • Understanding of basic metrology concepts, preferably ISO 17025.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to routinely lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Good attitude, meticulous, and works well in a team setting.
  • Good work ethic and willingness to learn and succeed.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience troubleshooting electronic test equipment.
  • 6 months of experience using automated test systems.
