Our client is a well-known luxury Italian brand that specializes in men's and women's clothing with retail stores all over the world.

They are seeking a dynamic Assistant Store Manager for their Atlanta boutique.

Salary/Hourly Rate:
$80k – $90k

Position Overview:
The Assistant Store Manager's responsibility is to provide all visitors and potential customers with an unforgettable experience.

The brand relies heavily on the Assistant Store Manager to oversee the boutique, meet operational targets, and meet sales targets.


Responsibilities of the Assistant Store Manager:
Utilize in-store experiences, deliver industry-leading customer service, and foster guest loyalty.
Make the most of every opportunity to close deals to meet or surpass personal sales targets.

Encourage recurring business by keeping track of potential customers using clientele books and by consistently seeking out ways to turn one-time buyers into loyal customers.

Prevent customer service problems in advance by employing best-in-class customer care and helping consumers find meaningful solutions.

Consistently exhibit your product expertise to increase sales, and make use of the tools offered by the corporation to expand your comprehension of product assortment.

Keep up with all the recent advertising and promotions.
Serve as a brand ambassador by adopting the brand's image and strongly expressing its philosophy and way of life.

Fulfill all operational requirements, such as starting and ending the business, managing cash, keeping track of inventories, and performing other duties as delegated.

Show flexibility and adaptation when workload or responsibilities vary as required by business needs.

Assist with floor sets and moves as needed, and make sure that visual merchandising standards are upheld throughout the day.


Qualifications for the Assistant Store Manager:
Substantial connections with the philosophy and brand.
One to three years of experience in a high-end retail or hospitality setting.
Outstanding interpersonal and networking abilities, including the capacity to build relationships and acquire clients.
Solid communication skills both in writing and speaking.
Capable of using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Outlook, and point-of-sale systems.
The capacity to lift 40 pounds without help and stand for extended periods of time.
Able to work a flexible weekly schedule that includes weekends and evenings.

Education Requirements:
High school diploma is required.
